Winery - production - of Ribera del Duero wines for sale Burgos, Spain

It is a winery built in 2003, located in the province of Burgos, 1.5 hours by car from Madrid Airport, 1 hour from Valladolid and 2.5 hours from Bilbao Airport.
It is located in the heart of the Designation of Origin of Ribera del Duero wines.

The winery occupies a total built area of 1,040 m2 within a 7,300 m2 plot with direct access from the road.
Likewise, a hut has been built to house the water well and water supply pumps for the winery and garden irrigation.
It also has a sewage treatment tank installed.

The winery consists of a winemaking area, a bottling room, a room for barrels and storage, offices and a social area.
The winery has a capacity to produce 200,000 kg of grapes, but it can be increased by 100,000 kg more by adding more deposits in said room.
The storage capacity is 240,000 litres. It has all the machinery and technology necessary for the transformation of grapes into quality wines.

The barrel room is located in the basement and has a storage capacity of 400 barrels whose humidity and temperature conditions are ideal for long wine aging in barrels.
There is a bottling room where there is a semi-automatic bottling line of 1,800 bottles/hour, as well as filtration, microfiltration and wine cold stabilization equipment.
It has all the necessary machinery for the production of quality wine.
There is an office and laboratory area.

On the first floor there is a very well-preserved social area with a restrained decoration, with capacity for at least 50 people. It has a kitchen in perfect condition, a toilet and all this occupies an area of 150 m2.
