Chalet with unique features (it has its own bar!) in Les Arcs

Chalets like this do not come along often so this is one not to miss. Only 5 minutes to the piste in Peisey Vallandry with access to the world class skiing of Les Arcs and Paradiski.

The chalet was converted from a restaurant to a chalet but retains one of the original features; its own bar. The living area has the WOW factor with a huge open plan lounge and dining area and floor to ceiling windows giving the space light and fabulous views. A central stone fireplace is a must for those cosy winters indoors.

There are 7 bedrooms including a "turret" style twin room on the top floor. Each bedroom is a generous size and there are 5 bathrooms. A sauna on the ground floor is ideal for relaxing post ski (or post walk or mountain bike in summer) and there is plenty of storage space for all your sporting requirements in the chalet or in the private garage.

The chalet is an all rounder and an all year-rounder; perfect for large families, great rental potential investment, close to the pistes for winter, access to walking and mountain biking in summer.

It used to be a restaurant and the original bar and beer pump has been kept in the living area. It links the lounge space and dining space beautifully; you can imagine evenings pulling pints for your friends or mixing a few pre-dinner drinks before sitting round the large dining table and enjoy watching the snow fall in winter or the sunset in summer thanks to the large windows which surround this space.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a store cupboard as an added bonus.
There is a long balcony facing the valley, perfect for enjoying the last of the sunshine or for a morning coffee pre-ski. The terrace on the other side of the chalet is large enough for a hot tub, outdoor lounge and there is a secret but you will have to ask for details about that directly. Intrigue!!
On this level there is a toilet with handbasin and ski storage.

On the ground floor there is another entrance with sauna and separate space with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The hot water tanks are stored here.
There are two twin rooms; one has an en suite bathroom which is currently being used as a storage space but could be reinstated as a bathroom. There is a shower room with toilet on this level.

On the first floor about the living area there are four twin rooms, two fo which have ensuite shower rooms with toilets. These also have access to the balcony with views of Mont Blanc and the valley. The other two twin rooms share a shower room with toilet.

On the "turret" floor is a mezzanine style twin room, perfect for children (under the eaves but still a good height), this shares the shower room on the floor below.
There is a garage with the property and also plenty of parking in the shared communal space between the other chalets in this little enclave in Vallandry.
