Located between the blue Bois de Saule and the red Grange pistes just before the Les Granges funicular station, this truly ski in ski out chalet offers a large living space, kitchen, shower room and entrance on the ground floor; 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet on the 1st floor.
Terraces on 3 sides, with large storage space below the deck. All set on 1385m2 of land.
The chalet is a 6 minute walk from the hamlet parking and comes with an Argocat snowmobile for use in winter. Some home improvements and modernisation are to be expected.
On entering the property you have a hallway with ski racks, storage and hanging space, with a staircase heading upstairs; door into shower room with toilet and airing cupboard (washing machine, hot water tanks and shelving); and door into sitting / dining room. The large living space with it's open fireplace has sliding doors either side, and patio doors all leading to the wraparound terrace. A doorway leads to the kitchen with fridge freezers, electric cooker, sink with plenty of worktop and storage.
Up the steep staircase is a long corridor leading to:
- Master bedroom with dual aspect and storage
- Twin / Double bedroom with storage
- Family room with double bed and 2 singles with storage
- Bathroom with bath, sink and storage
The chalet is connected to mains water, electrics and sewage. The heating and hot water is electric.
The Chalet is a short walk uphill from the hamlet.
An Argocat snowmobile is included in the sale that facilitates winter access. Given the pisteside location of the chalet, skiing back from resort with daily supplies and skiing down to the car are a given.
During the summer months you will find yourself in the middle of nature surrounded by wild flowers with little visibility of any surrounding neighbours.
