It is a winery built in 1985, located in the province of Burgos, 2 hours by car from Madrid Airport and 2 hours from Bilbao Airport.

The vineyards are at 850-900 meters of altitude, and there are 26 hectares of Tempranillo vineyards.

The winery consists of 4 buildings with a constructed area of ​​1,500 m2. It consists of a production warehouse, machinery, a storage warehouse, a bottle and barrel warehouse.

In the middle of the 4 buildings there is a garden that occupies an area of ​​about 300 m2.

The cellar is underground and has a production capacity of 250,000 litres.

It has 30 French and American oak barrels for the aging of quality wines.

There is a semi-automatic 1,500 bottle/hour bottling line, as well as a stainless-steel bag-in-box filling line.

It has all the necessary machinery for the production of quality wine.

The property also includes a 90m2 ground floor house and has 2 floors and attic.

It has high-quality vineyards, which are planted on poor gravel soils, with bottom, the perfect soil to obtain high-quality wines.

The vineyards are located on hillsides. In addition, they are located between 850 and 950 meters above sea level with a rainfall of 350 mm per year.

The altitude boosts the thermal amplitude in the vineyard, a fundamental factor to achieve high quality grapes.

The average age of the vineyard is over 35 years, with an average production of 5,000 kg/hectare and an average degree of 14 degrees.

The vineyards are located next to the Appellation of Origin of Ribera del Duero wines.

It has tractors and the necessary machinery for the cultivation of the vineyard. In addition, there is an urban plot of 1,700m2 with several warehouses to store the machinery of the vineyard.

On the buildings first floor there is a room for 40 people equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils for meals and wine tastings. Another room for 80 people could be created in the adjoining building or a rural hotel.
