In the same house there is also private space, a private living room, large kitchen with ample storage, office, 3 bedrooms, bathroom unused attic space.

The outdoor area, the courtyard, is 1000m2, and is also sometimes referred to as the village square. In addition, there is a huge barn of more than 300m2, a driveway and an area for parking.
