The house is an ancient olive mill, still situated amidst olive trees. It is longing the quiet borders of the Eygues river. At only 15kms from the Orange TGV station (2 TGVs to Paris per day, free parking). And at walking distance from the charming provencal village Cairanne, renowned for its delicious wines.

Once you enter the premices, you sense the quietness of this place. During summer time, the land is green thanks to a well which is used for watering. Every guestroom is independantly accessible and is very nicely decorated.

For guests
There are 5 guestrooms, ranging from 13 to 20m², each having a bathroom and a separate toilet. 2 of them have a separate bedroom and can house a family. They all have access to a terrace.

The apartment is suitable for 6 persons and has a spacious living (25m²), 2 bedrooms (10-13m²), 2 bathrooms and a private terrace.

There are places inside and outside the building to offer dinner to guests. The common room for guests (38m²) is very well equipped for an apéro.

This holiday home part of the property has proven very successfull over many years and counts in lots of cyclists (Mont Ventoux) and families who come back year after year.

For the owners
The part of the property that is for the owners consists of
- a large kitchen (24m²) with access to a private terrace and a cave (17m²)
