This beautiful property is ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 15 kilometers north of Monpazier and 20 km south of Sarlat.

You will find a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a magnificent view on the valleys of Belves (Beautiful view).

The house has been renovated with noble and quality materials. The entrance door welcomes us in a hall, on the right a double sliding glass door leads us to a living room with a stone fireplace, the floor is original in terracotta and shuttle, the ceilings are in exposed beams, a height of 2.84m.

From the living room, a door gives access to the kitchen, exposed east / west, completely refurbished with noble materials, such as granite, the latter is equipped and furnished (microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, American fridge ...). From the kitchen another door gives access to a storeroom used as a laundry room and storage closet with a window.
