We are situated 33 Km’s (20 miles) from the Adriatic blue flag beaches and just 30 minutes drive from rapidly expanding Ancona International Airport, our property has good vehicular access and nearby to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, schools, colleges, ‘cottage hospital’ with doctors practice and public transport close by.

Property description, our listed farmhouse steeped in history set in some 2 Ha of aged olive groves, faces east with spectacular sun rises, constructed in local stone as a three storey ‘Casa Colonica’ (County House) in the late 17th century it has been lovingly restored to retain its original charm. Most of the building has exposed stonework, hand made oak doors & fittings; hand hewed oak beams; hand made ceiling tiles etc. Comprising approximately 230 m² with a new insulated roof fitted in 2003 our house benefits from maintenance free double glazed windows, doors and seismic protection. The ground floor comprises two guest rooms with independent entrances each with private bathrooms. There is an additional room presently used as a “cantina” and could easily be converted into an en-suite bedroom. There is an under stair storage room, original bread oven which could be re-used and garage. Ancient stone steps with loggia lead to the first floor which comprises our lounge, bedroom with en-suite bathroom/utility room and large open plan kitchen/dining area. Wooden stairs access the second floor which comprises study with step leading to a further galleried bedroom. Externally, our property is accessed from the council maintained white road through iron entrance gates onto a large gravelled drive. There are five separate seating areas offering full sun, half-sun or shade. There is a working well. The original terraced gardens are well stocked and there is a fruit orchard. Our olive groves comprise of approximately 100 “Mignola” olive trees used to produce our own label extra virgin olive oil and further fruit trees.

Note from the owners, we purchased the property in 2002, re-located here permanently in 2004 and have run our property as a Bed & Breakfast with a worldwide clientele since 2007 and our own label Michelin Starred Chef endorsed extra virgin olive oil business.
