The property is ideal if you wish to work on gites and bed and breakfast ; you can extend number of guests, and increase business as there still is a lot of potential.

The town of Gourdon, 15 minutes away, welcomes schools, colleges, high schools, hospital and train station (Paris Toulouse line), close to the A20 exit. Saint Germain du Bel Air is 5 km away for schools and local services.
