In the lake are around 100 large carp up to 58 LB (26 kg), 2 beluga sturgeons and 5 big catfish up to 100LB+ (45 kg+). Furthermore normal little fish like roach, perch, bream and zander. Three aerators constantly oxygenate the lake and therefore the lake is in a very healthy state. The lake bed is gravel and sand and up to three meters in depth
It is a spring fed lake with a wishing well. In the summer you can bring the water in the lake back up to the maximum level.
The chalet consists of a lounge with a wood burner and an open plan kitchen, there are two bedrooms (one is currently being used as an office). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. There is also a second separate WC. The chalet has double glazing and a beautiful view towards the lake.
There are two mobile homes which can be rented out to anglers and their families. The third mobile home is available for guests who stay in their bivvy. This mobile home offers them a shower (adapted to people with a disability) and a kitchen, sitting area and storage.
The current owners rent out the lake per week and to a maximum of 5 fisher men.
