 The now destroyed chateau dates from the time of the crusades. So the house was a stopping point for the stage coach, so the position could spend the night there and stow the horses. The traces of the small passage to the floor are still present.
 The village is located on the Saône and there are  opportunities close by for swimming and fishing.
 In short, a house and village very worthwhile.
