The owners have sourced the machinery for the mill from all over France. The mill wheel was discovered in Normandy and is now in place and only needing the wooden paddles fitted. Under the mill is a large wine cave with bar, fireplace and bread oven.

The 15th Century grange holds the C.H . boiler and a large workshop/garage and a vast amount of space for storage To the left is the house with a large terrace which has beneath it the extensive vaulted wine cave with a bar, fireplace and bread oven. The cave and the old washroom are accessed via a stone staircase next to the terrace.
