The ground floor of the first house (to the west) and the 1st floor of the second house (to the east) form a single storey space of more than 200m² including a large living room, 2 dining rooms each with a fireplace, a small living room, a beautiful themed guest bedroom (1) Auvergne style for 3 people with private toilet, bathroom, shower and bath. In the basement, the old cheese cellar has become a wellness area with a magnificent Hammam in Art Deco mosaic (shower and sauna / dry room room).
Under the roofs, a second apartment "the loft" includes a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower and island bath). An imposing wooden frame of boat bow type brings to this space an exceptional character.
East side, a beautiful stone staircase, with mezzanine on 2 levels, leads to the Scandinavian suite (2) 2 bedrooms, 5 people, magnificent marble bathroom and fireplace.
On the 2nd floor are the Japanese (3) and Russian (4) bedrooms as well as a living room. Finally the African (5) room under the roofs offers a remarkable view of the volcanoes. Each room is equipped with at least a private toilet, bathroom. An independent entrance provides access to the car park.
The restoration of the 2 buildings is original and very qualitative (exposed stones in some rooms, identically restored frames, choice of materials, Corrèze slate on the 2 roofs, double thermal insulation). Outside 2 terraces and 2 gardens.
The barn, still in the state, has a great potential for development.
The bed and breakfast activity can be continued, the territory offering two seasons, summer and winter for skiing, very popular. The Massif du Sancy is a major pole of tourism in Auvergne.
Unknown to many, except the French nationals, the Correze, Cantal and Puy-de-Dome are a hidden gems, in the middle of France, with fresh mountain air and un-spoilt landscape.
