We offer for sale complete, fully functional, and energy absolutely independent, agro-tourist property SALAS cibajky, built newly in 1997, like a family farm. Agrofarm was built primarily for the production of dairy and meat organic products. All raw materials used for their production are obtained by traditional livestock breeding in the ecological system of agriculture and pasture management in the lap of the beautiful lanscape of the Tribeč Mountains - Slovakia. SITE: Agropharm with an area of 31,213 m2 is located on the border of the Trenčín and Nitra regions in western part of Slovakia, near the village of Klátova Nová ves, which lies directly under the back of the Kostrín Hill in the protected bird area of the Tribeč Mountains. Its convenient location offers the possibility to take trips to the nearby or more distant surroundings in the form of hiking, cycling and many other leisure activities. There is the possibility of mushroom picking in the sought-after mushroom region, several hunting grounds and exploring the surroundings by horse riding. Near the farm there is a beautiful Renaissance manor house in Brodzany (10 minutes), thermal spa Malé Bielice (15 minutes), observatory in Partizánské (14 minutes), summer swimming pool Topoľčany (14 minutes).


EQUIPMENT: The complex consists of an apartment house, a management apartment, accommodation facilities for employees, garages, a paddock stable, a large-capacity haystack, a scabbard with a slaughter room, a pasture paddock, a cheese factory with a smokehouse and cooling boxes, a restaurant part with its own shop and a built-up wellness center with a swimming pool.


The stable is divided into several parts. On its right part there is sheepskins, which serves for housing sheep and goats. In the left front there are 16 boxes for horses (with the possibility of expanding it by another 16 boxes) and a saddle room. At its back there is housed cattle with their own dairy cow. Part of the stable is a paddock to an open riding hall.

The stable is adjacent to a garage with a workshop, which houses a separate refuelling stand with a 14,500l fuel tank. Part of this building is a management house. There are 2 rooms upstairs.

At the back of the vast area there is a large-capacity haystack, which also serves as a parking space for complete agricultural machinery, sold together with the farm, included in the price.


The scabbard is a freestanding building with its own paddock. Part of the building is  certified slaughter plant with facilities and a rendering box. In parallel with the stable in the freestanding building there are 2 handy warehouses and social facilities for employees and cleaning lady. In the building there is a gas boiler room for natural gas and a heat pump. Another part consists of a cheese production room, a warm cheese ripening box, cold storage boxes, a distribution warehouse with a shop with its own entrance. Furthermore, there is a butcher's shop with a modern smokehouse and a tap in the building. It also includes a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor of the apartment house there is kitchen, restaurant and toilets, upstairs there are 3 rooms with sanitary facilities.

In the complex there is an artificial water reservoir with dimensions of 8x15m and a depth of 1.4m, which can be used as a swimming pool after small treatment.

Above the area is a grassy pasture paddock with fabulous 400-year-old oak trees with an area of just over 100.000 m2. Thewater supply of agrofarms is served by its own large-capacity well with excellent drinking water.

The farm significantly saves the cost of operation with built-in photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 80 kW and solar collectors with TRAYs for warming the water. A large-capacity propane overhead reservoir with a volume of 4,500l is also located on the plot.
