Excellent and amazing hunting estate in Ciudad Real with 500 hectares of land, located 0.45 hours´ drive from Puertollano and 1,5 hours from Cordoba.

Puertollano and Córdoba are located at 1,10 hours by AVE train from Madrid.

There is a farmhouse of 125 m² living space close to the entrance of the estate with several bedrooms.

There is also a guardian´s house of 95 m².

There is a warehouse of 550 m² with a big fireplaceinside which is used  for the hunts.

The estate has electric power from solar panels in all buildings. There are 6 tanks of 1,000 liters each one of drinking water from natural springs for the main house.

It is a spectacular hunting estate. With regard to the small game, there are wild partridge, wood pigeon, hare and rabbit.
Regarding the big game, the estate has a population of 300 deer, 50 mouflons, 10 roebucks and 60 wild boars with a high quality.

The estate has a special hunting plan authorized for the capture and sale of deer. There is also a New Zealand-style deer handling warehouse. It is equipped with immobilizer for deworming and horn trimming

The whole estate is equipped with automatic water troughs each at 0,5 km and troughs for wild boars.

The estate has plenty of water with 9 ponds around the estate and many natural springs.

Moreover, there is a mine well of 250 meters deep with water up to the parapet used to irrigate the land.

The estate has a fire-prevention plan with firebreaks of 50 meters wide. There are 12 km of inner roads in perfect condition recently repaired with steamroller and passable by cars.

There are 15 hunting positions around the estate for the hunts.

The estate is located close to Sierra Morena, the best Spanish area for big game.
