The property enjoys a beautiful view over the Valdichiana and is located in the place where the battle of Marciano-Scannagallo took place, mentioned in the novel "Inferno" by the internationally renowned writer Dan Brown.
The farmhouse, which measures approximately 480 square metres, is divided into five apartments, three of which are currently used as agriturismo and two for private use, and some rooms to be renovated, including sheds and cellars, located on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there are two apartments on one side of the farmhouse, each with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room, while on the other side there are various rooms for storage/warehousing use.

Four of the apartments were renovated between 2002 and 2006 with refurbishment of the systems, floors and bathrooms, using quality materials and in typical Tuscan style. Today they are in need of restyling. The main apartment requires renovation.

The property has all the utilities and connections to public supplies (electricity, telephone etc.), as well as a heat pump. It also has an LPG heating system and the water supply is guaranteed by the public aqueduct, supplemented by a private well.
