This beautiful terrain of 4,2 hectares and its two lakes is a great place to fishing and enjoying nature.
Currently in use as campervan campsite that has place for 8 and 2 small cabins used for snack, beverages and basic shopping needs it can be an immediate source of income.

The camper van campsite has 8 places all of which have electricity and water available. A waste disposal can be found at the back of the terrain. Both lakes are up to code and have a permit for fish farming. The property has good reviews (4-5 stars) on different websites.

There is a mobile-home of 50m2 which has two bedrooms a kitchen, dining room, toilet and a bathroom and a terrace which is currently used as a primary residence.

There are 2 small cabins near the campground that are used for selling basic shopping and snacks. It has a licence 3 which allows for selling some alcoholic beverages. At the other end of the terrain is a storage unit.

From here it is a 5 minute drive to Chalus where you find all the basic amenities like bakers, a butcher, a small DIY shop, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies etc.
