Big game gold medal estate 900 hectares own property of which 800 hectares completely fenced country houses 40 horses of different breed in Aragón Spain

Wonderful game hunting estate in the territory of Aragón, with 900 hectares own of land own property. On the estate some edification; some  country houses. The country estate is situated a 2 hours ́ drive from Bilbao, 40 minutes from Pamplona, 1,40 hour from San Sebastián, 1 hour from Zaragoza and 2 hours from Biarritz (France).

The residencial area of this estate has 3 stone houses, one main house with 3 bedrooms, one guest house and another house for the guard  of the estate.  The electric power is supplied by solar panels, as well as the supply for the drinking and main water to be use on the estate.

The hectares of the own land, own property consist of: 100 hectares Arable Land, 500 hectares Forest mainly with oak and holm oaks and further 300 hectares Mediterranean underbrush.

The main land is very unique due to the orography of the country estate, the oaks and the holm oaks grow generally in the highlands of the estate. The variety of the vegetation gives to Val de Rueita a paradise of a rainbow of thousend colors.

It is really an exceptional estate for hunting big game like wild boars (100) and dears (300), some of  this animals are GOLD MEDAL

Besides the place is also perfect for hunting the Queen of the forest, it is a special Woodcock,there are many of them,  due to the vegetation and the proximity of the Pyrenees.

You can also hunt Partridge and Rabbit in the lower part of the country estate, furthermore there is also a special area for hunting Pigeons and Trush, therefore the best period will be from October to December.

The estate gives all the conditions to have  an excellent place to breed horses,  due to its slopes, because this allows horses to develop their muscular structure, to make it stronger. There around 40 horses of different breeds: like Holsteiner, Kwpn and French Silla.

There 3 streams with several small reservoirs on the country estate.

There 8 sheds on several places on the country estate, it is used as cowsheds or for horses or also for other kind of cattle.

Total there are 800 hectares entirely fenced around a perimeter of 23 km, of course this gives  and added value to the country estate, nowadays, at the present it is more difficult to find it and specially in Spain. The reason is that,  in the year 2002,  the law has been changed to construct a legal fence around an entire country estate.

On the residencial area,  there is a ring for horse riding.
