The hotel offers a gourmet restaurant, bar, television room, free private parking and several outdoor terraces.

The family have been hoteliers for three generations. The 80-seat restaurant offers a panoramic view of the Oueil valley - it is not unusual to see wildlife including deer and roe deer wandering around the hotel and has a wonderful large open fire and chimney in the centre of the room.

A fully equipped, clean professional kitchen with plonge allows the lovely cuisine to be prepared in a spacious environment.

There is a small bar with tiled floor and exposed beams and a chalet style décor which continues into the restaurant.

The hotel hosts seminars and group meals with packages available for groups of 12 people or more.

There is an outside terrace and garden, secure ski and bicycle storage and the hotel has links with organisations and guides in the region to offer bespoke packages to guests.

HISTORY

Located at the foot of the port of Bales, regularly used by the Tour de France, Le Sapin Fleuri was built in 1968 by the owner's grandparents and parents and operates year round until 2000; then in winter and summer seasons. At the very beginning, the hotel was not classy and over the years the hotel has obtained the 1st, the 4th and in 2012 the 3rd star. Le Sapin Fleuri has been a member of the Logis de France since 1984. Today, the owner is unfortunately alone, it is difficult for him to operate it at its full capacity, which is why since 2012 the opening periods are from June 01 to September 30. This situation forced him to make the decision to put the family hotel on sale for 3 generations.
