By foot you can walk down to Villefranche town in under 10 minutes, and you can be on the seafront in just 15 minutes. In Villefranche's old town you'll find many excellent restaurants and bars, and it's a town that stays open all year with a great atmosphere also in the winter. There is a long sandy beach and you can easily walk to other neighbouring towns such as Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
Up on the Col de Villefranche - just a 5 minute walk from the apartment - you have a bakery, pharmacy, bank, small grocery store and a great brasserie restaurant. There are two larger shops a short drive from the apartment - one Intermarché a 3 minute drive away (or 10 minutes by foot), and supermarkets in both Nice's Mont Boron district and Beaulieu-sur-Mer a 5-10 minute drive from the apartment.
