How do I register a property for sale?
1-Register yourself
Click the register link at the top right hand corner of the homepage.
Accept the terms if you are over thirteen years of age.
You will now be taken to the form to fill in all details of your profile. Make
sure your password is a minimum of 6 caracters and a minimum of three numbers .
Although the site is very safe, we have done this to protect you from the very unlikely event of hacking. Upon submission you will receive an automatic e-mail asking you to activate your account.
2- Request Property Manager Status.
After registering (and when you are logged in) the link \'Request Propman Status\' will appear in the left hand navigation menu. Please use that link to make your request or send a private message and request access to our Property Manager. Your authorization will normally be effective same day.
In your request you must include your true name, your telephone number, your address and the type of window you require: Sale, Rent (long) Holiday rent or Accommodation.
You will become a member of one of three groups
Moulin.nl will advise you of your window owner group Private Seller membership
3. Make your payment (only for commercial users).
Until our secure automated payment system is in place the only way to make a payment is by national or international bank transfer as follows:
Prices are per window per period
1) Sale: 49.00 until sold.
2) Let : 49.00 until let.
Prices are in Euros and include Tax
Then instruct your bank in your usual way to transfer the appropriate amount as follows:

5. Click on the link \'My Properties\' on the homepage.
As you have been given property manager rights you will automatically be able to add a new property to the database.
(Property Manager rights can vary from single windows to unlimited for our regional partners)
Enter as many details as you like, then hit the Insert Property button.
Save the property ID number to memory. You may need this in future.
You will find this ID number wherever you property is edited or shown as soon as you insert the object for the first time.
6. Enter the description of your property.
You must enter the description in the English language box, although you may choose to use another language in this English box as well. You can add any of the other languages and offer a description translation for visitors.
Preview your description text and make sure you are happy with its content.
Now you press the Update button.
7. Enter images.
Make sure you have your images stored in a file on your personal computer.
All you have to do is enter the number of images you wish to show (max 5 per upload) and browse to the folder in your pc and click on the relevant image.
You may repeat this procedure for uploading images as often as you like (to the point where it becomes a spam of course, but as many as 50 photographs for a very large property are not uncommon.
Prior to launching your property to visitors you must not forget to click the active box. Preview your titels, descriptions, order of images and property details.When you are totally happy with the input you are done.
You can make you text look especially appealing when using the BBCode to its full advantage. It\'s like a small Word editor where you can increase the size of you text, add colour and boldness and much more. Back to top |

What if my region or village is not in the database?
Add the address of your object in question to your profile information. We will pick up your address and it will be added to the database if it is not already in there.
For a variety of reasons advertisers choose not to show the exact address location, but just the nearest larger town.
Moulin.nl have chosen not to pre-add every single village or town. Therefore we only show the various places, towns and villages upon registration. In most available countries the provinces have already been included.

Moulin.nl does not charge additional fees for extra services. With Moulin.nl you can manage your property to the extend that you choose with as much information, images or links as you decide.
Moulin.nl will continue to work on most relevant search engines to ensure your property is found by as many target groups as possible. Moulin is currently one of the better found property sites on the internet for the Dutch language market. What happens when my window period comes to an end?
As most windows are \'until sold or let\' we will automatically set the period to 6 months. Near the end of the period we will alert you by email that your window period is ending. It is then up to you to action an extension of the window lease. The procedure for extensions will be explained in the e-mail we send out to the user. Just one week before your window lease ends we will again alert you. If on the date of the expiry we have not received your confirmation of extension the window will be automatically de-activated with a grace period of one week. Back to top |
